General Terms^{• The designer reserves the right to refuse any project or request for any reason.• The client agrees to the Terms of Service listed upon payment and a copy of the Terms of Service shall be provided along with the invoice.• By default; The client agrees that by commissioning the designer the process may be streamed (twitch.tv/oworiko) or teased on social media. Full privacy for commissions may incur additional fees - this and any other restrictions regarding the commission must be agreed upon by both parties prior to payment.• All commission projects are handled in the form of Digital Goods - this means that no physical items will be shipped to the client. (Unless stipulated otherwise prior by the designer.)}

Payment Terms^{• All Payment is requested in GBP (£) Pound Sterling.• All Payments will be made through PayPal Invoice.• Payment must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of the invoice being sent, with the only exception being that an extension has been agreed upon by the designer. Failure to meet this payment deadline will result in the commission slot being forfeit.• Commission Invoices totalling over £100 may be paid in two 50% payments (The first half being paid upfront, the latter half being paid upon competition and prior to delivery of any finalised products or files.) This must be requested by the client.}

Refunds & Cancellation Terms^{• The designer has the right to cancel and refund the remaining amount of a project if for any reason the project/commission cannot be completed.• The designer does not offer refunds once work has begun on the project and verifiable evidence of the work has been produced. (i.e a first draft, preview etc.)}^• The client is only eligible for a refund if they ask to cancel the project before work has begun. After this, no refunds will be issued unless requirements agreed to by the designer and client cannot be met. ^

Commission Process Terms^{• Deadlines must be clearly and concisely communicated and agreed upon by both the designer and client. The designer reserves the right to refuse a deadline request and stringent deadlines may incur an additional fee for a “Rush Order”.}^• A preview of a first rough design of the commission will be provided to the client so that the client may confirm that they are satisfied with the current visual direction. Copyright & Usage Terms^{• The designer retains all rights to the designs by default, and the client may only use the designs for their agreed upon purpose by both the designer and client at the time of payment only.• The client must give credit to the designer by the designer’s username (OwORiko), Twitter handle (@OwORikos) or functioning Twitch hyperlink (twitch.tv/oworiko) in one of the previously mentioned forms in relevant places when the designs are utilised publicly.• Use of the designer’s work in NFTs or in any NFT or Cryptocurrency related project is strictly prohibited.• Clients do not have the right to make alterations, redistribute, modify, repurpose design works in any capacity.• Clients that purchase editable project files (.ai,.ae,.psd,.csp etc.) are granted an exception to the above term and are thereby extended the rights to make alterations and repurpose their design works, however they still may not redistribute edited works.}
